The Project
PowerSchool partnered with our team to create a high-energy brand presence at ISTE, one of the largest gatherings of educators and education technology leaders in the world. The goal was to translate PowerSchool’s expansive digital ecosystem into a physical experience that felt vibrant, welcoming, and unmistakably built for educators.
The resulting exhibit became a dynamic hub on the show floor-combining bold visuals, interactive moments, and flexible conversation spaces that supported both product discovery and meaningful one-to-one engagement. Every element was designed to feel accessible and optimistic, reflecting PowerSchool’s mission to empower the educators, administrators, and students shaping the future of learning.
Large-scale graphic moments and layered digital displays created a visually striking environment that could be recognized from across the hall. Product storytelling was integrated throughout the space, helping attendees quickly understand how PowerSchool’s tools connect to form a complete platform supporting the entire education journey.

Experiential
To encourage exploration and reward engagement, we created Lucky Lockers—a playful activation inspired by the familiar setting of school hallways.
A wall of brightly branded lockers became both a visual focal point and an interactive experience. Staff distributed locker combinations to attendees after meaningful interactions such as attending a presentation, participating in a demo, or engaging in a deeper conversation with the team. Participants used their code to unlock a locker and reveal a surprise prize inside.
The system was designed with multiple prize tiers to keep the experience exciting throughout the event. Most attendees received combinations tied to lower-value prizes, while fewer combinations unlocked higher-value rewards. Each day also featured a single exclusive prize—adding a sense of anticipation and encouraging repeat visits.
Beyond the giveaways, Lucky Lockers served a strategic purpose. The activation created a natural incentive for attendees to stay longer, explore the booth, and engage with PowerSchool’s product experts. The result was a steady flow of activity, longer dwell time, and a booth environment that felt lively, participatory, and distinctly memorable.
